Membership Notice for Members living in E and P Divisions

Dear Members,

The final phase of RAP will begin on Tuesday, May 22nd. The trucks will be coming in as early as 6:00 a.m. It is important that your vehicles are moved the night before Monday, May 21st – to accommodate the workers and trucks that will be laying the RAP. You will not be able to get out of your site once they begin in your area and we do not know which division they will start laying the RAP in first. There will be trucks running all day for 2 days, May 22nd and 23rd to complete the job.

We appreciate this may be an inconvenience to you and thank you for your understanding. Once the 2 divisions are completed, this will be the end of the RAP applications.

We will be staying on CH 15, here at the Meadows, during the daytime and monitoring CH 9 for emergencies after hours.

There will be NO CHANGES as previously stated in earlier emails and last months minutes. The Board of Directors is still checking into this and will let us know in the future.

If you have work requests that you would like to have done here at the Meadows, (ie:gravel, log splitter), please look under “Gallery” on page 4 and you will find the Work Order form and the Price List.

Click on the work order form, so that it will enlarge…right click with your mouse and some of you may be able to click “print” and it will print out. I found that I had to right click with my mouse and click “save picture as” and it went into my picture file.

For those of you who have to do what I did, go to your picture file and print it out, fill it out and scan it in and send it as an email to the Member Services office or Fax it to the office.

Please email or fax your completed and signed work orders two weeks prior to your arrival at the Meadows, so that we can ensure that the job can be started or the equipment is available.

If you are sending via regular mail, please mail three weeks prior, as the mail from Canada has been taking about two weeks to reach us.

If there are delays for any reason, or if a piece of equipment has already been rented out, we will let you know when it is available.

Please make sure that you have a phone number or email address that we can reach you at in case there is a problem.

We hope this helps, eventually, we hope to have an auto-fill format to make it easier for everyone.
